Return & Exchange Policy:

When you receive your order, please open all boxes immediately and check for contents & damage! We must know within 2 business days if there is damage or problems, any good/unused or DOA item must be returned within 15 days. All returned items must have a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number on the shipping label. Items sent to us without a RMA# on the shipping label will be refused.All returns must be in original packing and unused; there is a 20% restocking charge on all returns. Defective products do not incur charges.
